7c77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that cannot satisfy these requirements.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single account on the 7c77 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to keep your registration details up to date. Any material changes to your personal information must be reported to 7c77 Support promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. 7c77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

As part of the KYC process, 7c77 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents prior to processing withdrawals or in response to a compliance review:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National ID Card, passport, or birth registration certificate).
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name and mobile number).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from 7c77 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may differ depending on the payment method selected.

Deposits are credited to your account promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high traffic or where additional verification is required.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

All wagers placed on the 7c77 platform are governed by the specific game or sport rules applicable to that product. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting market interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the 7c77 platform:

• Once confirmed, a wager cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. All confirmed bets are final, subject to the outcome of the relevant event or game round.
• 7c77 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or prices that were the result of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the decision of 7c77 shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out below.
• Winnings from casino games are determined by the certified random number generator (RNG) of the relevant software provider. 7c77 does not intervene in or alter game outcomes.
• For live sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the wager is settled.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7c77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using another person's payment method or account details without their express written consent.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events in which you have any direct or indirect influence over the outcome.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, spider, or other non-human tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or pricing error for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play in live casino or multiplayer game environments.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any purpose that constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7c77 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the 7c77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 7c77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on any part of the Platform.
• Frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information belonging to 7c77.

Any unauthorised use of 7c77's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7c77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity on the Platform, which is inherently subject to risk.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it.
• Any delay, failure, or error in the transmission or processing of a deposit or withdrawal transaction.
• Any loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit 7c77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
